Cow Bay

Full of the natural wonders of the Falkland Islands

This is our favourite place by far. Wildlife living in their natural habitats coupled with the amazing views. What's not to love!?

Porpoises, seals, Gentoo’s, Jackass, Kings, abundance of bird life, 250 breeding ewes, 40 young and very friendly cattle, white sand and clear blue waters.

To get to Cow Bay follow the track from Volunteers lagoon which heads north below the warden’s house.

Loch Head Pond enters the sea at the south end of the beach. Around this point there can be quick sand, further in land for the length of the beach is a field full of Jackass holes.
